The tenant must respect the building regulations and pay the fees required by LES SOMMETS for the moves (deposit, reservation of elevator, etc.)

The Lessor has the right to repossess the property for the purpose of selling it, at the end of the agreed-upon term of the lease. Should the tenant be interested in purchasing the property, the tenant shall have a right of first refusal.
