Addendum

- The FOLLOWING TERMS and RENTAL CONDITIONS must form an integral part of promise to lease 1)This property is for residence use only; 2)Proof of employment, proof of financial capacity and credit check report from Equifax or Trans-Union are required prior to signing of lease; 3)The lessee shall provide the lessor a $2 million tenant insurance policy prior to signing of lease and for every subsequent rental year; 4) Non smoking, cannabis and drugs; 5) No pets, unless approved by the Lessor; 6) No sublets and Airbnb are permitted under any conditions; 7) Any damages caused by lessee's fault shall be paid by the Lessee; 8) The lessor is responsible for the malfunction of kitchen appliances; heating system and air conditioning unless it's caused by lessee's misuse; 9) No painting is permitted without Lessor's agreement; 10)The lessee should be responsible for departure cleaning. 11)Upon lessor's request, the first rent and the rent of last month shall be remitted at signing of lease.
